Laurie has been in the industry for a period of 26 years. From 1993 – 2004, he worked as a Reline Supervisor prior to taking a management position with both TME Group and Outotec for the last 12 years. With his experience and reputation in the industry, he’s become a proven leader at GMR and in the wider field.

Terry has been in the mill reline industry for 14 years and has worked as a supervisor for approximately 11 years. He has also built strong relationships with many of the client’s contacts and the workforce. He has regularly managed a reline team of up to 65 personnel onsite at one time. Terry is a highly qualified operator of reline machines and will be instrumental in providing practical training and onsite mentoring to personnel.

Bryan has worked in the industry in excess of 22 years in a Senior Supervisor role and has built strong relationships with clients and workforce. In recent years, he has completed his Cert IV Training and Assessment and has been heavily involved in personnel training and development. With the safety focus in the industry, Bryan has been committed to ensuring completion of safe work procedures for tooling and site-based requirements.

Dean has worked in the industry in excess of 30 years. Within that time, he successfully built a reline division of his own. In more recent years, Dean has been a Senior Supervisor for TME and Outotec. He has successfully built a relationship with a major client — Alcoa Australia — in Perth. Dean manages onsite supervision and coordinator of all business activities with Alcoa.

Adelle is GMR’s Administration Manager and has worked with the four owners for a period of 17 years in an administration and logistics capacity. Adelle has worked within the Mining Industry for 27 years, having worked in various roles on Processing plants for Sons of Gwalia and KCGM and more recently as an offsite contract administrator with TME and Outotec. This offers a valuable perspective into onsite and contractor operations. Adelle has developed strong relationships with the owners, clients, and casual workforce as a result of her time in this industry.

Kellie is employed as a Logistics & Admin Officer. Kellie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her previous Administration, Payroll and Logistics positions at her previous employment. Her friendly and approachable nature has made her a valuable asset to our team.  Kellie has previously worked in a role in the Northern Territory for offshore logistics / personnel movements.

Kristen is employed as a Logistics & Admin Officer. Kristen brings a diverse range of knowledge from her previous Administration positions at previous employment. Her friendly and approachable nature has made her a valuable asset to our team. Kristen also worked with the management team previously in her admin role at Outotec.

Daynan has been in the mill relining industry for ten years. Commencing as a mill reliner, he has worked hard to increase his knowledge and skill-base, and has demonstrated excellent leadership skills within the work crew. Daynan has proven himself as a highly skilled operator and supervisor to new personnel.

Archie  has worked with the management team for 6 years. Commencing as a Mill Reliner; he has worked hard to increase his knowledge and skill-base, and has demonstrated excellent leadership skills within the work crew. Archie has proven himself as a highly skilled operator and supervisor to new personnel. Archie has relocated to Kalgoorlie replacing Andrew Potasi. He has been employed as the GMR Kalgoorlie Reline Supervisor for the purpose of expanding the GMR business and supporting our Goldfields clientele. At GMR we are convinced it is imperative to provide an experienced team in Kalgoorlie for the purpose of emergency reline works and shutdown planning with our growing client base in the Goldfields region.  

Joel has recently joined the GMR team, however has previously worked with this management team for 6-8 years at previous companies. . Commencing as a Mill Reliner; he has worked hard to increase his knowledge and skill-base and has demonstrated excellent leadership skills within the work crew. Joel has proven himself as a highly skilled operator and supervisor to new personnel. GMR welcomes Joel to the team and look forward to him visiting your site soon.    

Paul has worked in the Construction, Mining industry for many years as a qualified electrician. Paul’s primary role is the supply and maintenance of reline equipment to ensure efficient completion of Global Mill Relines’ scheduled shutdowns in the scheduled time frame.  This, combined with current qualifications, enables Paul to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company and ensure compliance of all supplied equipment.
